About the pack

This pack contains 130+ urban themed game-ready models. The models in this pack are mid-poly and can have their geometry easily reduced or increased to fit the specific needs of your project. Assets meant to appear closer to the player have a slightly higher poly count for smoother detail, while objects typically viewed from a distance use less geometry for better performance. 

All models are made with real-world dimensions in mind, so they’ll fit naturally into any scene.

The pack comes in .fbx, .obj and .glb formats (organized in separated folders). These formats are compatible with most game engines, such as Unreal, Unity, Godot, etc.

All assets are released under the CC0 license, meaning you’re free to use them for personal or commercial projects (no credit needed). We only ask that you don’t resell unmodified versions or claim authorship.  

Future updates

While I’m planning to release plenty of new asset packs in the future, this one isn’t being left behind. It will continue to receive updates over time. And with enough community support, I’ll be adding texture variations to make it fit a wider variety of projects.  

Pack tiers

FREE: This version includes 95+ game-ready models (including size and color variations). You can use these completely free even in commercial projects.

EXTRA: If you choose to support me by paying $4,99 or more, you’ll get 35 more assets than the free version (including color and size variations). Also, this tier have priority when it comes to updates.

SOURCE: By paying $9,99 you get the Extra contents plus the source files (.blend) with all the assets organized by category.
